Koforidua, Sept. 25, GNA – Twenty-seven Community Senior High Schools (SHS) in the Eastern Region have been presented with buses to facilitate teaching and learning in the schools.
Each of the school received a 33-seater Eicher bus as part of government’s effort to equip and resource all SHS in the country to ensure quality secondary education in the country.
Some of the beneficiary schools including Mangoase, Kraboa Coaltar Presbyterian Technical, Akro Secondary Technical, Mampong School for the Deaf, St Fidelis Tease (Afram Plains) and Bepong Senior High Schools among others lacked school vehicles to enable them embark on extra curriculum activities.
